I found the empower for wellbeing course such a helpful and beneficial experience. Gerard provided so many tools and techniques to help us change our mindset so that we could use our brain in a more helpful way to deal with stressful situations that inevitably arise in life. Everyone in the group was so supportive and compassionate towards each other and there was a real space for healing and development to occur. The breathwork exercises were also amazingly effective and relaxing and I will use them now going forward in my life. I would recommend this course absolutely to anyone who wants to learn how to build more emotional and mental resilience in a practical way and in an inspiring and kind setting. Thanks Gerard!
Just wanted to thank you for the class, it's definitely what I needed . I was very skeptical to be honest but you delivered it so well and I felt so comfortable with the group.
It's been very thought provoking and definitely helped me. I am putting the things you have taught me into practice and I'm working on my negative thinking daily, which is definitely something I needed to change but didn't know how. I found the whole course to be life changing to be honest . I mostly enjoyed learning about what we train our mind to think becomes real even if its not so I'm capturing negative self talk and changing it as soon as I recognise it's happening.
The tasks given along with practical examples helped me to understand things better, such as the small change exercise and positive self talk
I have been practicing at home and will continue to do so.
The class was great and I've recommended it to friends and family, Thank you so much for everything.
